David Zimber, 55, is the Construction Director of Dwyer Asset Management PLC - a role he has held since 2004. He is responsible for the project management of all schemes from planning through to delivery.

David has over 35 years' professional experience, including a period as a director of Trafalgar House Developments. He is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and an Architectural Technician. He is also a member of the Institute of Building.
