Ian Sutherland, 46, is Director of Dwyer Asset Management PLC - a role he has held since early 2007 when he joined Dwyer from his former role as MD and Investment Director of the Aquila group of companies.

Ian oversees the asset management of the commercial investment portfolio within Dwyer; he was instrumental in sourcing and securing the recent commercial investment opportunities acquired for clients in 2008 and 2009.

With over 25 years' experience in the property market, Ian has fulfilled a number of different roles within both the investment and development arenas, and within the commercial and residential property sectors. He has also spent a considerable period of time during his career dealing with the real estate requirements of UK-based and international corporates, from both the landlord's and tenant's perspectives.
