Steve has over 20 years' experience in the property development and construction sectors, having worked in a number of financial and operational board positions for a range of private and public groups. A qualified Management Accountant, he has proved himself a highly commercial executive having operated at all levels including Managing Director and Group Operations Director.

Steve joined Dwyer early in 2009 having previously worked with Fairclough Homes, Ballymore, St James, Gladedale and Mount Anvil. He brings a wealth of experience in terms of commercial company structure and financing solutions, together with a strong information system background.

Steve is focused on the corporate financing of the business, and the on-going development of Dwyer's property management and financial information systems.
