Athlone House, Hampstead and surrounding land - bought unconditionally from Kensington and Chelsea Primary Care Trust - a substantial London house for refurbishment within 12 acres of grounds. The house was sold to a wealthy Middle Eastern business man and the grounds were cleared of various outbuildings and detailed planning permission obtained for 22 new apartments designed by David Chipperfield. Construction of the apartments started in mid-2007 and is due to finish mid-2009. The majority of apartments have been pre-sold.
